About these terms
These terms explain the basis on which Endure Car Protection Ltd provides its services. By submitting an enquiry or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. We will review your enquiry and provide a quote based on the information you give us. All quotes are indicative until we have assessed your vehicle, as the work required can vary depending on each vehicle's condition and specific areas of concern.
Our services
We clean, prepare and protect the underside of vehicles using appropriate corrosion protection products. The exact work carried out will be agreed with you before we begin. We document our work with before and after video where possible.
While our treatments are designed to help protect against corrosion, no treatment can guarantee a vehicle will never suffer rust or corrosion, particularly on vehicles with existing damage or corrosion already present.
Appointments
Appointments can be arranged at our workshop near Whitchurch, or via our mobile service for suitable locations. For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing suitable access, space, and access to water and power as required. We will confirm requirements with you in advance.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We generally accept cash or bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
Mobile service
Our mobile service is available subject to location, access and suitability. A minimum charge may apply, and travel costs may be added depending on distance. We will confirm all costs with you before carrying out any work.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion or faults on your vehicle, or for issues arising from conditions we could not reasonably have identified.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Your information
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
